The service was very poor. No explanation of the vaccine they were giving me or the side effects. When I asked for this I was given the name and told to Google them. The person giving the vaccine seemed to be generally disinterested and the door to the vaccination was not secure so it was possible for other people in the waiting area to overhear personal details and information. Also, he was not wearing gloves or washing his hands in between patients. Just using alcohol gel.
The staff are always willing to help. I have always found them to look out for me, whether ensuring I give enough time before picking up prescriptions, or offering to take my blood pressure reading at no cost when I needed it. Fantastic customer service.
Poorly stocked for prescription items & general items
I have just been today for a flu jab; we aren't entitled on the NHS and I was struggling to find anywhere with stock, I was on the waiting list here for a few weeks and then received a call to book an appointment which was great.
I am very nervous having injections and the lady who did it today was brilliant, she made sure I felt at ease and helped to take my mind off it. I didn't catch her name but I would highly recommend going here.
