I haven't been to this chippy for over 40 years, since I was at school. I was passing last week and called in for just some chips and a couple of barmcakes to take home... bit of a nostalgia trip really but I was pleasantly surprised.... chips were lovely and ill be back to try out the much updated menu from my day. We'll done to the current owners ????
Love this chippy. I cant eat chippies usually they leave me feeling sick, maybe its an oil they use but this one for some reason leaves me fine which is great as the good is great. The pizza box deals that they do are a great way of feeding the family with different options. Fantastic friendly staff. Prices are decent too
Fabulous little takeaway hidden in the backstreets of Hindley.
The fish was beautifully fresh and well cooked with crisp batter.
Amazing price for excellent quality.
Specials are brilliant (we had fish on chips and pita with spicy sauce). Also lunchtime boxes available at a good cost.
Just note that this is a cash only takeaway.
