TERRIBLE DENTIST -Insulting & makes fun of you, whilst sat there.

I am a very nervous patient. It takes a lot of courage to walk into the dentist. I have been going here for a year, without issue. My last few visits have been horrible. The dentist appeared to be making jokes at my expense. He didn't explain what was happening. He told me twice I can get a new dentist, in one appointment. He told me to basically shut up, sit still, open mouth as he is busy. He knows I struggle with the dentist. I have no confidence in him. He has left me with a temp filling as cant find root canal. Hasn't told me if I need to return or anything. I have been back to pay my bill in full. I have a new dentist who gives in extra long appointments and explains everything.

DO NOT GO THERE.

Excellent service and advise. Will highly recommend to anyone, he is the best in Yorkshire I say. I was in so much pain on Thursday 2nd November couldn’t sleep all night. I rang up and I told him that i’m in a lot pain. I told him the pain was on my bottom right jaw at the back. He told me to see him at 4pm. When I saw him, he told the tooth needs to be pulled out. He proscribed me with Amoxicillin. This will give some relief and come back and see me on next week Thursday 8th November. Take 3x a day. On Thursday 8th November the procedure was success. I felt relief it was out. Thank you, I will always recommend you.

As a family we were registered here and slowly 1 by 1 we have left. The lady on reception is very rude and disrespectful. My mum and dad have being trying to get appointments during lockdown being restricted, as they have suffered from severe toothache. Dad managed to get into my dentist to be treated and they couldn’t have done anything more iff they possibly tried. My mum has tried to get in for the past week and they have decided that because she hadn’t been for 8 months they were going to take her off of the register. When i have got advice from others they said i had to dispute it because they have a duty of care and cant just do that. They were rude and we as a family will not be going back to be treated like that.

Once again the treatment i have received has been very good. The dentist and his staff i find are very profesional.

It is always very efficient and of good quality. I have always recieved a pleasant welcome when i have had to visit.

I have been going to Chana dentist for several years now and am completely happy with his professionalism and service. I have two young children, 6 and 10, who I wanted to ensure did not have any upsetting experiences with dentists like I did when I was growing up.

Dr Chana is kind and sympathetic and only does dental work that is necessary for you. My kids are never scared to visit him so that is a big plus in my books. I would definitely recommend him over others I have been to.

I had my root canal treatment and crowning done successfully here, very friendly staff and environment inside the practice Dr Chana walks through the dental process. Always felt safer while he was performing the treatment. Easy to get appointment and rescheduling it.

Very rude and unhelpful staff.Receptionist lady is very rude.I was registered with them and they un register me without any intimation.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. I went with a routine problem, and the dentist did totally the wrong thing. It didn't feel right afterwards, so joined a new dentist... My new dentist's exact words were that a first year dental student would know better, that it was the equivalent of putting a band aid plaster on a broken ankle. He suggested I report my previous dentist to the NHS. It's clear that instead of wanting what's best for patients they simply want to be paid for doing uncomplicated procedures that don't take time, making money from people in seats.
