Ordered food came super quick and was in bath son answered door and could here conversation with delivery driver. He added extra money to price of food than what was first quoted when placing order. My son didn't query it and paid and excepted food. I just thought maybe delivery charge in addition. Realised was missing a dip so rang to ask were it was so asked why was extra money applied. Guy on phone said no extra charge should be made at all and said he will send delivery guy back down to me. Delivery guy turned up called me a liar and showed me the receipt. I asked why he added money and said I think he took advantage of a child answering the door he said he didn't I showed him the change that was given , he still said he hadn't. he was rude and walked off with the dip that I paid extra for. Rang up and the guy on phone was totally embarrassed about the service I had received. And will pass on to owner. This is such a shame as food was hot and fresh delivery was quick but customer service was very poor and now overcharged as no refund for dip or additional charge. So left 2 stars to reflect this ????
Terrible service... Waited two hours for food that turned up stone cold had to bin the food. Got over charged from them when phoned to ask why got no explanation and no apology. I even got shouted at by the delivery driver... Absolutely disgusting service to a very regular customer. Never ever again will myself or any of my friends or family will go here again it's an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had a problem with the food here. But we ordered a meal and i was not impressed with it at all the Madras was way to hot more like a vindloo or more like petrol. And some things were missed off the order.
The jacket potato was nice but wasfull of grease the pizza was spot on but the kebabs and chips tasted like yesterdays wasn't nice at all I also found a hair in my food I me and my husband usually always go here but they seem to have gone down hill would recommend getting a pizza but not the kebabs
The worst custmer service ever.. i rang to place an order only he cut me of oh wel plenty food place in chad.. i wil let everyone knw abwt ur terrible phone service is the worst ever... n the food lets not evem go there... such a shame... the boss is reali good but the staff need to go bk to school to learn the basic....
Doner kebab was average, decent portion size and taste. Tandoori on chips was horrible, old overcooked chicken and chips. Very disappointed with the chicken.
Very good food, nice staff clean and tidy top place for pizza or a curry
