Best KPortal Reviews
Very good authentic vegetarian Punjabi dhaba like food, quite tasty. Right bang on the junction so may be a bit awkward location wise but there seems to be car parking behind it however not sure about restrictions. Otherwise free parking available few mins walk on South Park drive. Next to Esso garage. Service is prompt and polite, all freshly made, definitely worth going back!
Three of us visited for lunch after some friends recommended Chaat Junction.
It's a small dhaba type place with parking on the side. There is minimal seating available.
We ordered a plate of mixed pakore which tasted delicious. Hot, crunchy, and they didn't seem like they were drenched in oil.
We were given these to start on while our aloo parontha and mooli parontha were prepared.
These came perfectly cooked and full of flavour. We got a bowl of yoghurt and some butter with it. There is pickle on the table if you wish to have some.
Overall, definitely worth a visit if you fancy authentic punjabi cooked food.
I found the Google reviews intriguing, so I decided to check out this place due to my craving for dahi puri. Unfortunately, the dahi puri wasn't great – the dahi was overly sweet, and there is no green chutney added, making it less authentic. If you like eating sweet then might give it a try but not at all authentic flavors. The break pakoda also had a bitter taste, and when my friend and I inquired about it as it was tasting extremely bitter they denied using Methi leaves because I never had bitter bread pakoda and it is not supposed to be bitter. We thought they might be putting Methi to make it bitter. Surprisingly, they tasted it from our plate and claimed it wasn't bitter, which was quite unusual. Moreover, they didn't offer alternatives or a refund when we expressed dissatisfaction. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place.
Best Indian food in London ever had , original taste of India
Great fresh tasty homemade Panjabi food.
This is not a 5 star restaurant. It is a Panjabi style Tabba (cafe).
Staff are really friendly (especially Parminder), and will always try their best to accommodate you even when they are busy (which they are). Don't let the few negative comments put you off from coming here.
Chat Junction is a vegetarian food shop. Indian spicy vegetarian fast food available here. Everyone visit here and enjoy delicious food.
The food was really amazing! The aloo parantha was strongly delicious and the pokora was really crunchy!
I have been to this place a few times, and it is one of the best little places in London. The food is always fresh and made to order. The taste of the food is amazing and the service is brilliant and they have great staff that are passionate about customer service.
If you want a really authentic experience, do not hesitate to visit. I would highly recommend.
