I have used cedar motor house for many years now and have always been happy with their service. Jack has always been fare and honest with his work. Only last week my son had his car mot there.Today however I was very upset and felt terrible after realising I had missed my mot appointment yesterday. I rang to apologise and book it again. I was then made to feel even worse being told I had missed 3 times in the past by receptionist Candice. I categorically denied this and was left very upset by he allegation as she was adamant it was me but couldn't tell me what car or when. Definatly mistaken identity Im sure. Will not be using them again as that's just not me. It's a shame I always liked going there and my family too.
The team at Cedar Motor House are brilliant. I have been a customer for 7 years and they have always given sound advice and provided an excellent service.
DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF MERCHANT. Very rude man, would never go again. Failed an MOT (not mine) saying over £600 of work needed, but when checked by another mechanic, it was found to be fine, except one small thing costing less than £50. Taken elsewhere after the small fix and passed with no advisories!! . If I could give 0 stars I would.

Cedar is now my local garage very good price and my favourite garage. Jack and candice don't mind having a chat and you, can leave the car keys early and pay over the phone and pick up after closing with spare keys so no mad dash to get there in time( unlike other garages ).recommend very highly.
