Very bad and I don’t recommend this Dental surgery at all, they rip you off every time you go there
They keep charging me for a new patient, but I’ve been there three times before. Each time I go there they make me pay double, all they want it my money. The first time I attended the dental surgery they looked at my teeth for a matter of 5 minutes then charged me doubled. this is fair as I have a family and they keep taking my money. As a new patient they charged me £245, then my second appointment they charged me £40 then asked if I come back tomorrow and pay an extra £70. What’s the point of them looking at my teeth then charge it me extra. Why do they keep making me pay as a new patient every time I go there. I should be charged for the cleaning and not as a new patient every time I attend.
Not very accommodating. Don't send registration forms electronically, won't make appointment until papers are signed, even though papers could be signed before an appointment takes place on the day. Unhelpful.
Great dental surgery. Friendly staff and ultra clean. They actually listen to their patients and they care about them.
Many thanks to Dr Avakion,
I’ve been attending the surgery for quite a few years now with regular appointments.
Last week I had an awful toothache and they seen me the same day, and if the problem developed then I had to call back in a weeks time.
Again I called and I was seen the same day and had to have a tooth removed, absolutely over the moon with the service and I’m pain free.
Thank you so much for the wonderful professionalism in dentistry, …. Brilliant service.
Been coming here since I was a child, friendly staff and great service given every time
Fast, efficient and friendly service
Due to newly being diagnosed with an illness I was constantly in and out of hospital, three were emergency intakes and five operations.
Once things had settled and medication was sorted and I contacted the practice they had taken me off their list. Some appointments I cancelled due to my treatments and others I didn't turn up as I was rushed to hospital.
When ringing previously I tried to ring and explain also asked if I could make an appointment when I was able to get out to the dentist. I was told no, they wouldn't send me an appointment I had to make it there and then.
I have rang and left messages to say that my medication is under control, explained why three times BUT NO REPLY!
I WENT IN AND SPOKE TO A DENTIST WHICH SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME BUT NO REPLY!
I SINCE WROTE A LETTER, BUT NO REPLY!
I Didn't NOT go because I couldn't be bothered it was down to genuine illness. I now have no dentist.
Also because I used to take my children that were too young to go by theirselves. They were also taken off their register.
I had been at this dentist for years before these took over and I had never had a problem. So if your here don't become ill. I have three debilitating illnesses and because of this they have treated me wrongly
Excellent service always many thanks
