I can’t thank Dr Patel and the team at the practice enough for their care and support following an incident which resulted in the need for a number of dental treatments.
Dr Patel has been brilliant with explaining a range of options for treatment and drawing up plans to complete the work in a timely manner all while genuinely caring about my difficult situation which has really helped. The treatment has enabled me to smile once again without trying to hide my teeth.
The dental nurses were all kind and eager to help, as well as professional throughout. The reception team have been fantastic with scheduling emergency and follow up appointments, explaining payment processes and providing information.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Reception staff were lovely. Dental nurse and dentist both made me feel at ease and was in no pain whatsoever. Would recommend
I can't thank Mr Patel ang Charlie enough for sorting my dental pain out. They both stayed late to ensure my problem and pain was dealt with and I cannot thank them enough. They were very considerate and gentle throughout the procedure and I'm very grateful to them. I visited Dr Patel for an emergency filling. He went above and beyond to accommodate me at short notice. Dr Patel was very skillful and gentle in his approach, which (for someone who's anxious about visiting the dentist) made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I appreciate the high level of care I received.
I highly recommend this practice, I have recently been to Cavendish Dental Practice for a couple of fillings from Dr Patel and the service from him was brilliant, very welcoming and made me comfortable during my time at the practice and whilst having my treatment done. Dr Patel spoke me through what was to be done and the nurses made sure I was okay throughout my treatment. Overall I could not be happier with the results of my fillings and I now have my smile back.
After visiting Cavendish Dental practise for the first time , I have to say I am.more than impressed with the kindness and understanding Dr.Patel and his team has shown me regarding the holes in my top front teeth which I never thought could be sorted out unfortunately I don't have a before picture but today I have come out and I am able to smile again without being embarrassed and not spitting on people when I talk to them I'm so happy with my newly restored smile ????
Dr Patel and Charlie were great. Super friendly and squeezed me in when other dentists were willing to make me wait months, despite being a private client!
