Took my car to get looked at for a coolant leak. I decided not to go through with the repair as I’m getting a new car. However, after I collected my car, I realised they had left my bonnet unlocked and the next day I had another coolant leak warning and found that they did not put the cap back on the coolant tank.
A week later, I noticed the cover to my engine was also missing! I called them back to ask if they had it and they initially didn’t believe that they had it but they did. They had it for all that time and didn’t even bother to call me back. Didn’t even apologise for the mistake. Customer service is terrible here. I will take my business elsewhere in future.

Had broken down on the A1 on a long road trip. I had googled local garages and had managed to get here as the closest one. On arrival, I was directed to one of the mechanics. The mechanic was more than happy to help me. He immediately ran a diagnostic and unfortunately confirmed there was a problem with the clutch on my car. He seemed extremely honest and knowledgeable and whilst he was unable to fix the car he offered some great advice on the (2hour) drive to get me back home safely.
Can't fault this garage! Very professional and helpful. My car conked out on my drive, called up this morning, and by lunchtime, someone was here to have a look and tow it back to the garage. I really appreciate the genuine people that work here

I've been using this garage for years. I always book my MOT with them and any car issues that may pop up unexpectedly. They are professionally experienced and kind. They have always helped solve any car issues for me. I continue to use their service even after I moved away from the village. They're trustworthy and I'm very happy to continue booking with them.
