Witnessed an immigrant trying to enquire about the practice's phone number and the receptionist answered rudely, saying she's not registered and won't be seen - without offering her to register to the practice or even clarifying the situation to her, basically just told her to leave the practice and go somewhere else.
All this happened right before me, another immigrant, got threatened to be banned from this practice because the receptionist gave me the wrong date on my appointment card and scheduled me for a day before, making me miss it. Very unpleasant, the only reason I at all got services was because I came in with my Scottish fiance which made them behave like lovely proper humans. Shame.
Honestly this practice is amazing the nurses and doctors are always so pleasant, i met with the nurse today! Made me feel very at ease spoke through everything with me took her time to reasure me. Also Helped with any questions i had,once i was done and was about to leave i bumped into my doctor who remembered my name, asked me how i was getting on with the issue i went in with around a month ago, I explained i had lost my letter and he didn’t hesitate to print me off another one. He also ran through everything else in my recent history and just doubled checked i was okay, dr shand is honestly one of the best and kindest doctors i have ever had! He truly cares for his patients He really knows his job, he dose it and he dose it right. Super thoughtful and just over all an amazing doctor and im so grateful to have been put into his care i do feel im in safe hands with this doctor! Five stars ls not enough for these guys in here, every nurse and doctor iv had in here have been amazing, so thank you ????
This was our second visit for my daughter for the same symptoms. Dr Shand we were seen to this time. Friendly, thorough and genuinely interested in the patient and how to treat her. Excellent doctor.
In my experience the Doctor's are actually nice and helpful.
Seeing one is near impossible, because you need to call before a certain time in the morning and usually the automation hangs up on you because they're too busy.
If you try to make an appointment in person they insist you do it over the phone.
"I just want a see a doctor at some point after talking to you, but before the Sun eats the Earth. Any week day in the afternoon will be fine, I'm sure you can pencil me in now."

I tried to make an appointment yesterday. And like before, he asked me to make the appointment over the weekend because it wasn’t the correct time. But regardless the appointment would be on Monday.
I just tried to call them as they requested, only to discover they’re closed on the weekend.
Empty shallow and depressing, some of doctors are in big pharma pockets, prescribe anything just to get bonuses and get you out the way. Doctor deaths health centre it should be renamed
Call at 8:30 on opening for an appoinment. "Queue is full try again later". Try again later? "Sorry no appoinments unless you phone us on a tuesday at exactly quarter past 8 on a full moon and yer upside down"
After a horrible experience having a smear test here several years ago, I was terrified to come back. The staff nurse was cold and cheeky and made me feel like I was taking up her time. My more recent smear appointment and blood tests have been much better, the current nursing staff are fantastic. A special mention to Leanne and a male nurse who took my bloods (sorry can’t remember his name). A credit to this place, gosh what an improvement.
Saw the reviews for the practice and was dreading my phlobotomy appointment. But the reception staff were all friendly, the nurse was 7 mins early, friendly and very professional and I was out in less than 3 mins!
