Best one in Deal
Absolutely loved grabbing our dinner from Castle Fish Bar. They had a wonderful menu with plenty of options for the entire family.
We couldn’t decide and ended up ordering a sampling of different fish, hamburgers, chips and they staff was kind enough to give my kids some treats.
Super friendly staff.
No seats available so we took the food down to the beach and had our dinner there.
This is a great spot.
Cannot recommend this place enough. We use Castle Fish Bar about once a month. It isn’t hit and miss, every single time it’s been fantastic. When recently there was a minor mixup issue, the customer service was 2nd to none and very appreciated. At no point have we ever had an issue with the food produced here. Highly recommend.
By far the best burger I’ve ever had, traditional chips cooked to perfection and the cod was delicious, the batter was perfect, golden and you can tell the oil was fresh, service was with a smile, polite and friendly and welcoming to a new local resident, this is our new go-to takeaway, thankyou :)
Absolute Legends! Popped there early on in the week to try it out. Was greeted by D, very pleasant customer greeting. I felt a very warm welcome. Its such a nice atmosphere. I Got large fish and chips and a battered sausage with two cans of coke for £15. (For me and the wifey) Try that in London you will be lucky to get a large chips and two cans of coke for £15 lol When I say OMG I mean OH MY Giddy Giddy Gosh!!! ???? the chips are fat n sexy fish and chip shop chips. Old school style, the fish was fresh, I can say the oil it was cooked in was fresh too, the battered sausage was scrumptious. It was on my mind every day since.
i had to go back today lol ???? I got the same thing again and mmmmmmmmmmmm nom nom noms. It hit the spot. Its an absolute bargain for the price. The next time I go I will be reviewing it on tiktok!

Average price. Big menu. Chips, curry sauce, and peas were spot on. The fish was a bit dry but hopefully it was an off day as it was very busy so it must generally be good.
I have purchased cod and chips before but the ones I had tonight where awful - the cod was very thin, cold and hard so I would imagine it was unsold from lunch time. A real shame and a total waste of money and the drive. The pic shows how thin it was and it wasnt a tail end....even my dog refused it!
I have never had a bad experience from this fish and chip shop. I live in the far end of deal so have quite a few chip shop’s that I pass to get here but would still rather make the effort for this one. The staff are really nice and friendly. Chips are awesome ????.
