Wine-shop nel centro di Egna con la ragazza dello staff Nina molto gentile e disponibile. Molto interessanti i loro vini bianchi con sorpresa personale per il loro Pinot Nero presentato in 3 versioni differenti risultato di 3 terroir diversi, ma con vinificazione identica. Bella scoperta.....

Pinot nero Burgum Novum 2016???????????? Ottima struttura, dal gusto persistente e corposo come piace a me.

Ho conosciuto la cantina in occasione delle Giornate del pinot nero con il Burgum novum. Stasera visita in cantina. Che dire? A parte il noto, ho esplorato il resto. Intanto i pinot. Perfettamente adeguati al fratellone. Eppure ognuno ha il suo carattere. E ognuno aspetta il suo perfetto connubio.

Ottima la consulenza (mi aspetta una registrazione a tappo chiuso), elegante (ma non trendy) lo shop in un contesto favolosamente pittoresco (prima volta che entro in paese).

Una visita la merita, con la calma del turista ma il piacere della degustazione.

Degustazioni al wine shop molto raffinato. Personale ottimo e preparato. Vini eccellenti. Prezzi in linea. Bellissima esperienza. A me è piaciuta molto la degustazione. A gusto personale chardonnay, sauvignon, Riesling e pinot nero raffinati. Linee riserva ottime.

In base al giorno e all’orario (sabato ore 10.00) segna che è aperto invece dopo 200km trovo il negozio chiuso. Ho provato a chiamare ma squilla a vuoto

Verkostung durch die Spaßbefreite deutsche Aushilfe um 15,- p. P. Weine zum größten Teil nicht gut, die wenigen interessanten überteuert. Eine ernüchternde Erfahrung. Es gibt zig bessere Orte um in Südtirol guten Wein zu verkosten.

We were privileged to take a private tour of one of the Castelfeder vineyards with Ines Giovanett, who is a third-generation member of the family that founded and owns the winery. Ines also delighted us with a very informative and enjoyable tasting of Castelfeder wines, as well as information about the valley and the terroirs. The wines are wonderful Alto Aldige that are created to reflect the highly varied terroirs of the valley where the winery is located. Both the white and red wines were outstanding – we will be seeking them back home in the U.S. – but the most enjoyable part of the visit was spending time with a person who is very knowledgeable and passionate about winemaking in a family operation.
