Our first visit to the Cask Bar, we traveled from Chesterfield for the SKAM gig. We received a friendly welcome and were told it was under new management. Some great different ales along with the usual brews. It's a great little bar and intimate venue for live music. More bands are booked and it's definitely worth checking out!
Lovely cosy very friendly town centre bar. Very intimate, we were seated only a few feet away from the stage, so got brilliant view of the Counterfeit Kiss act playing during our visit.
Lots of music related items on the walls, and real ales behind the bar.
The owners are great and very accommodating, we will hope to have many more evenings here enjoying the company, and the live music that is regularly on offer
What a fantastic Bar/Venue. Really good atmosphere, friendly staff and real ales that are very moreish and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a visit, especially when they have a band on as the venue is a perfect size to get wveryone involved.
Absolutely beautiful pub. They know what they're about and all too happy to listen to ways to improve.

Nice little micropub with a live music and small batch brewery focus. Sadly, I had to leave before any serious live music happened but I tried two of the beers and was impressed with both. Bartender was super friendly and knew everything that there was to know about his ales. Would love to go back, later at night, if I'm ever back in Loughborough.
