This long awaited Italian restaurant really is exactly what Cleethorpes has needed. So good to be in the old Queens Hotel venue again after it being empty for so long. Been more than once so tried pizza and pasta and I can honestly say the pizza is the best I have tasted in such a long time☺️ pasta dishes all look lovely the one that I had was full of flavour and fab portion size. Staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Clean stylish lovely new place to dine. Thank you for such a wonderful experience both times♥️
My partner and I booked an evening table for a Saturday date night and we certainly weren't disappointed.
Upon arrival we were greeted and seated immediately. The decor and atmosphere was really nice and the restaurant was almost full.
We were handed menus within minutes and ordering 5 minutes later.
Our meals arrived perhaps 15 minutes later, we ordered the Carbonara and the Spaghetti Bolognese with a Garlic Bread with cheese to share. Our food arrived before our drinks order did and we were required to prompt the staff for our beverages. This wasn't a big issue as with any new business you can understand there is the potential for teething problems like this whilst they establish systems and methods of work. The manager was very apologetic and incredibly polite, as were all of the staff. The food was really great, flavourful and presented beautifully. We tried each others dishes and agreed upon the high quality of the food.
We also decided to try some desserts too. We ordered the Nutella pizza and come Cannolis, these were both fabulous.
We will most definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future and would highly recommend.
Casa Nostra, bellissima!! Great food, wine and service, and all at a reasonable price! The portions are generous and steaming hot ✔️!I I can not recommend this restaurant enough, a great eating experience for us, delicious!!
We had a really lovely experience. Service was quick and good. Food was lovely. The best lasagna I have had in a restaurant. Pizzas amazing. Great value.
Called into this newly opened Italian restaurant over the weekend early evening. We had not booked but were accommodated with a convenient seat in prime position. We were only having pizza, chips and beers which were excellent. Great atmosphere ,friendly first class staff and beautiful clean restaurant. We shall book next time as this place will be a big success.
Heard about thw recent opening & decided it would be a lovely place for a well needed date night.
Greeter didn't know if there was any availability and thar we may have to leave, I would then presume, the owner said he would check & found us a seat.
We waited 10/15 minutes to be handed menu's to which I then myself, Got up & asked at the bar if I could take 2.
We were asked for our drink orders which were both wrong ( mine more so with being 6 months in recovery & was handed a alcoholic drink when Specifically asked for 0%
Starters for myself atleast were missing the sauces the mozzarella was suppose to accompany the plate with & my partners dish was commented as bland.
The mains being a Pizza & Cabanara to share..
The pizza was probably the only saving quality of the meal while the cabarna as soon as it was swallowed all taste went there was nothing to enjoy or savour
The female waitresses didn't seem to understand basic serving skills to ask for starters and mains as after starters we're eaten we were still waiting & eventually I asked for the manager myself to take our orders.
The itemised bill at the end had no breakdown of the entire meal spent but it was simply written as £50 on a lined piece of paper & not a proper printed breakdown.
I feel the owner seemed worried & rushed & that is no fault of his own I'm sure Standards & expectations are running high.
Unfortunately this has been a dissappinting visit & won't be returning.
Booked in early as we wanted to try this new place and love Italian food. Wasn't disappointed at all absolutely delicious.
The bill came written on paper when I asked why this was I was told that the company supplying the till had let them down and are getting the matter resolved very soon.
The food more than made up for any teething problems that may have occurred regarding the receipt.
Over all I will definitely be returning and can't wait for this place to find it's feet I'm sure it's going to be a great success

Went in by chance hoping they would have a spare table thankfully they managed to fit us in. The pizza was the best I've had in a very long time.
Staff friendly and hard working as it is a new restaurant as it is very busy.
Odd mistakes will happen but its the same every where when all is new but must admit this food is amazing.
Had garlic bread with cheese and spaghetti bolognaise both were very tasty and good value not at all expensive.
Will definitely be having another visit here I would recommend
