Failed to have car ready on time as promised. Car then got a parking ticket when they left it on the road. Only found out when I got notice to owner. Despite several visits to garage and promises to pay, it still has not been done. Also the price quoted was not the end price & they only rectified 1 out of 3 issues. Very bad experience. STAY AWAY.......
I can now add that I was threatened with a wheel brace by one of the operatives, I had to call the police. Further to that I was accused by the owner of stealing batteries from the garage! Unbelievable! These are the kind of people who give good, honest mechanics a bad name.....
Friendly, efficient service at a fair price. Didn't try to push us into spending more on things we didn't need, and final price was as quoted. Fixed the A/C on our ancient little car for little money and maximum effect. Trustworthy and reliable mechanics. Previously twice agreed to charge my scooter battery for free, even though I'd never spent a penny with them. A refreshing change from other garages out there.

The guy who owns this place is a legend! Our wheel bearing really let go, and we had to get it fixed as we weren't prepared to cancel our plans. We spoke to no less than 5 other nearby garages who all said they weren't prepared to stay late to fix the car. Thanks the the owner at this place, the tow car was fixed, the race car collected and our first race of the season was a great one!
Friendly and professional guys. Got a fast service. They were open later than other garages in the area on Saturday (2pm) and could order parts and start work by Monday morning. Dropped off the car. Work done. Paid online via a link they emailed to me and picked up that evening. Very reasonable price and good quality work. They gave me one price, not different prices for unnecessary options and price didn’t vary from original quote.
Extremely happy with service received from Cartek. After getting much higher quotes from other garages that would have taken up to a week, they fixed my car on the same day at an excellent price. Very very satisfied customer.
