Shop area increased will be a good place to shop
I have only used the shop, it's a hidden gem but in plain sight. It is well stocked and has quality basic products. Any meats and pasties, etc come from a butcher in Tavistock. I can recommend the steak pasties ????, they are big! Probably enough for two unless you have a really big appetite.
The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. If they don't have what you want they will order it in for you.

Revisited after being taken over by new owners. Absolutely superb pasties and pies. Good range of local produce. The best iced donuts ever, better than Krispy Creme!
Now it has been taken over by new owners, we started coming back here, diesel is a very good price, staff very friendly and helpful, like how you can have attended service or self serve ,shop is more updated ,and a decent coffee machine, my car does very well on fuel consumption from getting it here ,also nice that its a independent garage
Good place to make a stop to refuel, and buy some necessities to eat something essential products, sweets, tobacco, wash the car, fill air tires, etc.
Now Lamerton Stores, they stock everything you need besides petrol ⛽️ and diesel.
