Excellent as always. It's hard to find a garage that you truly trust so when you find one, you stick with them. They've been looking after my cars for 20 years and always done a good job at a fair price and given brilliant advice. Cheerful and friendly too.
Spent time to properly understand and resolve an ongoing problem that another local garage was unable to do.
They also do my bike MOT.
They are very busy and sometimes you might have trouble getting through. Just call back later, or better still just pop in. Friendly, helpful and honest.
An OK but not great garage. Seem to charge more for standard work (i.e. servicing) vs local competition. Customer service isn't great either - bad habit of failing to meet promised turnaround times + not bothering to tell you about the delays.
They would be a much better business if they learned to not over-promise and kept customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
Overall, I would only recommend CarPro if you cannot get an earlier booking at a different garage, or you live very close to CarPro and need to use a nearby garage.
MOTD both mine and my neighbours bike, including some electrical work on mine. fast and hassle free. Very reasonably priced and friendly owner. Highly recommended, will be back!
Car broke down in area asked around for garages was sent to carpro.Brian Hearne helped me he made feel relaxed and comfortable.Left car full of my personal items as i was moving from the Cotswold to London and went back home to London. Brian fixed car in day for a small fee.
