Where do I start with this place. Went there to try somewhere different. Called in to avoid waiting found out that nothing had been ready even after searching for an ATM. There chicken was hard. Spicy wings had no taste and to much crust. The chicken steak burger was bang average. The best thing about the place was probably their fries. Safe to say won't be going here again. Disappointing service and food all round. Stick to chicken valley, Zams chicken or UK favourite pizza and chicken which are all local, not worth the disappointment.
Fantastic food. Way better then KFC ect. There spicy wings and burger is to die for...Always fresh and hot!
The manager is extremely friendly and make sure everything is perfect .
Btw it is hygienic unlike many cheap burger place.
This chicken shop make everything great...wish they do delivery....then I would order there every other day ...:)
If you're looking for a cheap place to eat and okay food then this is the place to eat. The quality of food is better at other fast food places but prices are a little higher. The local Dixie chicken offers better quality of food.
First time I went I got food poisoning from the under cooked chicken wings, recently I went it was decent quality food and I made sure everything was cooked, the shop could be a bit cleaner
Was in burnt oak to buy meal the person serving had extremely bad attitude all he could have said we dont have ckn strips for burgers n i would have left yr shop he was waving rudely at me n i will not be yr customer will go to kfc will go to dixie ckn n better as peace

Can I give 0 stars? Terrible soggy chips, and chicken was greasy with layers of pink. We walked out!
