Excellent place for my dental care, very caring, pleasant staff. The receptionist is always helpful, clear communication, been with this practice for years!! Won’t go any where else.

Dr Aslan is an excellent dentist and I have been going there for over 10 years, he saved my tooth which another dentist wanted to remove and its still going strong 10 years later! No a days dentist just want the additional money they get from the NHS for removing a tooth so I can't praise this Dr enough.

The issue is the irregular service and opening hours. When you call the answer machine is on even though its middle of the day. I work so I try to book morning appointments but often I get there and the shutter is down. I don't understand why he doesn't update the practice and get some proper staff who open up on time. This can't be good for his business.

Afraid to say this establishment is terrible. The dentist himself is fantastic, when he's there. Seems to be off sick a LOT. Three times now I've made appointments only to be cancelled by them at the last minute (as in the morning of the appointment). And today I didn't even get a cancellation notice, I turned up and the place was shut! Never mind that you can only book an appointment roughly 3 weeks in advance. And that's if the receptionist bothers to answer the phone. I've been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for too long now, enough is enough. This place is terrible!

Mr Aslam is a fantastic dentist. If the opening time was well maintained, the system for appointment reflected the system of London, then i would have given 5 stars in review

Made an appointment got a call a day before to be reminded about my appointment only to walk to the practice to see the shutter down and locks on shutters I am disabled and can't walk stood around for 10mins with pain on my leg had to walk back really disgusted been calling since half n hour no response no update why give appointment if u can't priorities ur patient.

You can get better service in 3rd world country than this dentist. Absolutely pathetic service! They never pick up, no appointments, never open, it's just a terrible place.
