I phoned up to see what time they were open and happy to hear they shut at 5:30pm. Because of unforeseen circumstances i couldn't get to the shop till closing time and even though the shop was closed, the owner got out of her car (as she was just leaving) and opened the shop back up just for me! Talk about top quality customer service!! Took about 30 seconds to cut my key and only cost 4 quid (including a small key ring) . Key works perfectly. They actually deserve 6 stars as went above and beyond for me. Very happy customer! ????
