I bought red coolant for my car and realised I’d accidentally bought the wrong one, I contacted the st neots branch by phone and the staff were brilliant with me.
They exchanged the coolant for the correct one and gave me advice regards to topping up and completely changing the coolant.
Brilliant customer service, would highly recommend.
Popped in for a number plate. Amazed at just how quick and efficient I was dealt with. Including checking documents, I think it took no more than 2 minutes. Friendly staff. Well stocked shop. Will use again. Top marks for my visit.
