Had my BMW damaged and the repair from the claim was approved to use either Car Fix Solutions or another company in Birmingham. I decided the one here due to the good reviews and really glad I did, as the team seemed super friendly from the first second I arrived until I left. They even helped me with a boot issue afterwards. Would absolutely recommend! Funny bunch also.
Ivan & Valentin provided an excellent service. Their customer service was brilliant, they took the time to give me a comprehensive quote and talk me through all the options, and they booked me in as soon as they could. Throughout the process they kept me informed of what they found, how they would fix it, and they stuck to the agreed timeline. My car came back in great condition and I am so happy with the results. Dealt with Ivan and a couple members of the team over the past week. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic with updates and making sure I know what is going on with my car at all times. Couldn't ask for better service considering the circumstance. Highly recommend.
These chaps are magicians. The repairs to the door of my wife's mini convertible are flawless. Panel fit ,colour match, folding mirror all exactly as per the factory. I recently had a very large scratch/dent that had badly damaged the drivers door, the first two quotes from other local companies were in the region of £1200 and £1800 (to replace the door panel and spray the whole side of the car).
I visited Ivan by chance to get a third quote which was vastly lower the the first two, and he told me they could carry out the repair without replacing the panel.
He still recommended spraying the length of the car to ensure a good finish and explained in detail what needed to be done.
The workshop looked very clean and tidy and there were a number of prestigious vehicles on site which I took to be a mark of trust in the standard of work the team carried out.
My car was left for a couple of days, the work was completed on time and I am absolutely delighted by the final finish (and the price!).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you have a scratch or dent.
Ivan has had my Merc this week for 2 areas of body repair before it goes back to the leasing company….
