I have used this company twice now - ironically for damage to the same panels. On both occasions the reception staff were friendly and helpful - they remembered who I was from one phone call.
The work was completed on both repairs in less time than they said, and that included having to get spares for my Japanese car. The work was excellent and I couldn't tell there had ever been any damage.
These guys have now completed three car projects for me, the last one being the iconic BMW 850csi. Their paintwork and meticulous attention to detail is superb and I would highly recommend them. Some of my projects have required exacting welding which was also done extremely professionally. The guys refurbished the bodywork on my original BMW 840ci (which I still own) some 15 years ago, the paintwork on this car is still perfect.

Bonnet had to be resprayed twice and still shows pit marks, only to be told we don't repair stone chips.Also fitted new light unit didn't fit head light bulb correctly just laid in place unsafe for oncoming drivers! also failed to refit undertray until questioned about it.
Finally marked top of drivers wing and their customer service team leaves a lot to be desired .
Fast collection of car, daily update online of work completed. Car returned to my door looking brand new. Great staff offering support and information. Highly recommend this company.
Returned my vehicle after NOT doing most of the repairs they were paid to do. My 4x4 has been returned with bad paintwork, the crash bar has not been replaced but the new bumper was fitted to cover this up, the damaged exhaust that was meant to be replaced was just straightened, the interior has now got stains, they failed to fit bits of missing trim, the boot that was paid to be replaced was just painted and can clearly see that it does not line up with the upper tail gate, many corners have been cut, and I am now in contact with my insurance company with regards to getting the vehicle that they deemed finished and safe, taken to another company to actually do the work they were paid to do. And forget getting honest updates on the phone, I made periodic surprise visits keeping photographic documentation and jobs they had stated had been done, had not been done. And forget any idea of your vehicle being left secure during its time with them, mine was left unlocked and even when it was stripped down was left outside in a flooded area where anyone could have gone and stolen bits off of it without anyone challenging them. I know this as I was able to drive in the yard in the middle of the day, walk up to my car and open the doors without anyone coming over and stopping me. Really pleased that my car is no longer in there possession. I also believe that they used my car while it was with them. So AVOID like the plague.

Terrible customer service absolute joke and they didn’t even do the repairs properly. When queried the problems I was met with a non interested attitude with what do you want me to do. I was promised a call back bu a manager but 2 days later no call. Complaint made to insurance company don’t use this company unless you only want half the work done.
