We have stayed overnight in room 4 since yesterday. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
I am sorry to say that my daughter left her Miffy (rabbit, brown) doll in the room we stayed in, could you please check?
We did not stay here, but it looks like a great little place for those looking for a youth hostel. It's a nice location with a lovely little cafe.
This is a lovely conversion from a primary school into rooms, shop and cafe. The cafe is only open on the weekends and Mondays due to a lack of footfall. The location is stunning and gives easy access to walk the slate trails. Dangerous drops on the walks, so be careful with children and pets. Views are breathtaking. Highly recommended
Probably the most comfortable hostel I have ever stayed in. Beds were very comfy and extremely sturdy. Showers were all en suite and warm. Communal space and cutlery were good. Cafe food was excellent albeit not the fastest and the shop was OK. Staff were friendly and flexible. EV chargers worked.||Overall I would definitely stay again.
A great hostel! We are here over a weekend beginning of December. They are bunk beds with a double bed at the bottom in our room, also Ensuite wet room, great shower.
The kitchen area is good with indervidual cupboard with you room number so can keep separate, tv ,cooker, kettle, settee too.
Nice little shop and restaurant next door too!
Great views and so well located right next to some great walks. 3 pubs all around 8 to 10 mins drive away.
Very accommodating host, polite. Kitchen staff fantastic too.
Can't fault it.
Met here with 9 friends. We had morning coffees followed by the most delicious lunches. (have the chips!!)|We all chose different things to eat, the food was beautifully presented and the staff were a delight. |We’ve booked to come back in December!
An amazing hostel! We were there over a weekend at the start of December. Ensuite rooms, great kitchen, a little shop and restaurant next door, too! Great views and so well located right next to some great walks. Very accommodating host as well. Can't fault it, loved it!
This is a fantastic conversion of the old village school, funded by lottery money and now run by volunteers from the small local community. There are plenty of beautiful walks to be done from the location, including Snowdon not far away. The accommodation has everything you need, including the use of a very well-equipped communal kitchen. Breakfast is also available in the cafe, with stunning views of the mountains. There is a number to phone if you need anything at any time - the volunteers are always happy to help. The underfloor heating keeps the rooms warm and there is everything else you would want for a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. A great project to support. Well done Dai and the rest of the team!
