I ordered for delivery as a surprise for some
of my family who live in the area, as I live out of the country. The cakes were delivered later that day & with a sweet message. (and I’m told they were very tasty!) They sell some little dessert options for dogs - and my family is obsessed with their dogs, so it was great to include them as well! Super happy with the service and product - thank you :)
What went wrong?
We used to love the ice cream waffles from here, but the last couple of times they've been delivered in cardboard pizza boxes...
On opening, the ice cream was stuck to the top of the box, then while eating it slowly seeps through the soggy cardboard until you're scraping it off your knee.
The first time this happened we thought they must have run out of plastic boxes but twice in a row stinks of penny pinching.
Sorry guys we won't be ordering again.
We ordered for a delivery only for the order to be concealed 90 minutes after we placed the order. I mean if you can't provide the service at least let the customers know so they can order elsewhere and also have to wait for the money to be out back into the account. Never go here again
Friendly staff but cakes were very sickly, I have had 2 pieces of cake from here in the last 3 months an even though they were completely different flavours one being biscoff an the other being jammy dodger, they both tasted the same, no distinct taste to either cake, just very artificial tasting.
Try their milkshakes and chocolate fudge cake... Amazing. Very nice delivery drivers always polite and on time.
Just had a Reece’s milkshake and it was absolutely gorgeous ❤️???? 100% would recommend to everyone. Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere.
I ordered 3 milkshakes and the 2 bueno ones had big chunks of bueno at the bottom wasn't nice at all
Ordered nachos
What I got was dry tortilla chips covered in cheap cheese not cheese sauce no jalapeños nothing like what nachos are supposed to be.
