Absolutely delicious! I ordered from this Chinese takeaway last night, and I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The flavors were authentic, the portions were generous, and the delivery was prompt. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Chips was vile and bbq spare ribs, well let's just say it definitely was not bbq sauce, worst Chinese I've ever had, definitely won't get anything from there again, 1st time I've ordered from there, waste of £18
This used to be the best Chinese in the area
But since their close down the food is still excellent but for some reason they have become greedy- Prices have increased -which you accept-but the portion sizes have decreased-the example I will give which in its self is ludicrous is the curry sauce - The smallest pot in history I don't think they could find a smaller one if they tried beans from the local chippy come in a bigger pot
And let's face it how cheap is curry powder
To be polite a p___s take
Golden Dragon next door will get more custom if they don't re think their portion sizes

Gorgeous meals. I had the Egg Fried Rice with Chicken in Sweet & Sour Sauce. £5 for that alone, food was absolutely amazing for the price and service. Only took half an hour along with more items in our order. Came to £21, 3 meals for the 3 of us, could have definitely fed 4, we barely finished but well worth the stomach stretching haha. Thanks Canaan, best in Chapel St Leonards.
Am not usually a fan of Chinese food but cannan changed my mind!
I was really for standard takeaway far but when I saw the menu and online one I was spoilt for choice. Genuine Chinese dishes. l will highly recommend them.

Spent over an hour trying to phone, just got the engaged tone every time.
Went down, placed an order, was told 40 minute wait time, in fact she told everybody the same thing. Sat down & started talking to other customers, they’d all been waiting over an hour!! why the lady behind the desk just couldn’t have been honest & said a minimum of an hours wait is beyond me.
As I was now bored, waited till their phone was ringing, rang the number myself, got the engaged tone. Waited till their phone wasn’t ringing, rang the number, got the engaged tone !!
Most times their phone was ringing, the lady on the desk didn’t bother answering it as she was too busy talking to the delivery driver.
Over an hour later finally got my order, the chicken curry didn’t really taste of curry, the sauce was thick & gloopy. At the bottom of the container was some kind of black liquid, a first for me with a curry. Gave two stars as the salt & pepper chicken & chicken wings were okay.
Been previous years when it was really good, my wife & I were so disappointed especially after the long wait.
Definitely won’t be going back again ????
