Having being put into contact with Camps by my insurance company following a car accident (other driver at fault- causing damage to my car) I found the service very helpful and was updated regularly to keep me in touch with my claim. All advice given was excellent and resulted in a good result as I was well compensated and settlement was also prompt.
All staff I spoke to were extremely pleasant and helpful and I was also emailed regularly with progress of the claim.
I would highly recommend using Camps as I received a very professional service.

I cannot thank Jenna and her team any more then I already have. My claim was going on for around a year however Camps helped me in every way they could during this time. Their expert advice was amazing and I finally won my case. I would recommend any member of my family/friends to use this company as they deal with your case very promptly and explain every little detail along the way so you are not left in the dark. Hopefully I won't be needing a solicitor any time soon but if I did I would know where to go. Once again a personal thank you to Jenna Hargreaves and her team, I wish you well.
My claim was given to Camps Solicitors, I never once received a call from the 'Solicitor' handling my case to introduce himself. All communication was in standard template letter format. They sent the wrong witness statements to the wrong witnesses (GDPR breach surely!). I had to tell them that I had given them all of the information they requested and that the case could be progressed. I decided to take the first offer from the party to blame just so the matter would be resolved quickly as I didn't have the confidence that Camps would get this matter to a close quickly. The advice regarding taking the first offer was again in a standard template letter and when I called to ask for advice I was just then told the same information as on the letter by someone on the team (again not the solicitor). For a company charging £200 an hour you would think the solicitor would be in touch and make the matter more personal but nope. In the end the party at fault sent the full settlement cheque to myself rather than Camps so they hadn't received their 25% share, took them over 2 months to realise and then surprisingly I started getting phone calls (still not from the solicitor though)! I decided not to return the phone calls and wait for a letter and having received the letter I am shocked at the tone of it 'You are well aware we are entitled to these monies' and if I don't contact within 7 days my case will be passed to the debt recovery department. I will of course be paying my dues but if you are looking for a firm to deal with your PERSONAL injury case with sympathy, respect and make it feel personal I would avoid Camps at all cost. No support throughout the case and now been threatened with debt recovery.
Firstly, a bit about me - I am a positive happy go lucky person. I do not moan and I see the best in every situation. Definately believing that every cloud has a silver lining.
I'm also the sort of person who praises others and gets pleasure from leaving positive reviews. BUT Camps are genuinely not worthy. If you want to be annoyed, frustrated to tears and wondering if you will ever get justice served... by all means use Camps/2020/my legal friend.
2 years 2 months for me. Non fault simple claim yet they can't seem to manage it... *sighs.
Communication = zero
Empathy = zero
Personal approach = zero
Timekeeping = zero
Seriously, do not go there. Find another solicitor.

My partner had his non fault accident nearly 2 years ago communication is rubbish sending exactly same letters out every few weeks this has been going to court since October last year now letters he is getting say court papers are being prepared. This is just hung over us until it gets sorted doesn't help that there has been at least 3 different people sorting it. Would not recommend these to anybody. We know of other people who have claimed through other solicitors and have had their claims resolved in quick time. Think these are just out for making as much as they can regardless of how much stress it causes their clients. Feel like we are the ones doing all the running about for no benefit.
Having remained accident free for over ten years I was unfortunate to be on the end of two non fault accidents within the same year. First time I used 2020 Legal everything just felt like it was dealt for me, higher car, physio organised, medical appointments, engineering reports. The accident was a serious one but I was able to take my mind off it and just allowed 2020 to deal with everything for me. I really expected the claim to take along time but it seemed to be dealt with promptly and swiftly considering the over all injury and damage to the car sustained.
Fortunately the 2nd accident was a rear shunt and was not as severe, however the car was damaged and needed repair. I was able to call them from road side. They had me in a replacement car that very evening and admission of liability declared by the next day. After that the claim was settled quickly and I even ended up being compensated more than I expected. Even though I have legal cover on my insurance policy I would prefer to go back to 2020 in the event of and accident. But for now I'd just like to try and avoid any incidents, for at least another decade.
I will never recommend this. I am not satisfied at all. I received my claim after 1 year 5 months and received less money as my 3rd party were offering me more before 1 year but I went with them. Never received my financial losses.
Hi Guys didnt know how else to contact you guys at this time. I have recived an email from Michelle that I have tried to respond to. However my email keeps bouncing back every single day and I have even tried emailing your info email but my emails are not going through at all. Can you get your IT team to check this on your end so I can respond to an email regarding my case.
I have also tried to email other people from the past for example Eileen and emails are still bouncing back for everyone.
This is not a review this is a form of contact for the company; maybe you guys could invest in phones to work from home. It's very strange I dont understand how I receive an email but can not reply.
