Location, location, location. Only set back is the management failing to perform and provide a respectful and exceptional service much deserved by the owners, many of which have owned close to 5 decades. Needs an advanced security system to move with the times and prompt addressing of out of order lifts and total revamping of the water supply and reception and corridors. The garden used to be free for all owners and tenants, but in recent years that privilege was taken away from us and a fee was expected which is very regrettable.
What a shame to see such a good place being poorly managed by Mr. Abdulrahman who is supposed to be the property manager. His actual job is only to collect the rent and nothing else that any manager should be doing such as looking after the flats and tenants needs.
Seperate kitchen apartments with fixed prices. Security is 24/7. They are so nice and open the door for you if they hear the lift going down.
Metro and bus stations Station are few metres away.
My family recently stayed in Cambell court while i had medical treatment close by. The building is under new management with an Irish man by the name of Tiernan now looking after the management. The stay was comfortable and any issues we had were dealt with promptly which gave us peace of mind. We will be back to Campbell court when we return to London in fall.
The architecture is very bad and there are insects and rats in it, and the dealing is fed up with Abdul Rahman

Friendly Porter in the building and I love the apartment rent it.
