The cakes at this place are yummy! I got three cakes with different flavors, and they were all delicious. The place is clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. They listened carefully when I asked for changes to my cakes. Plus, the prices are good compared to other cake shops. You should definitely give it a try!

Hi, I would like to share my experience I had for the first time and I absolutely loved it! My family members recommended me to get my birthday cake from here because they all were impressed every time they shopped from here. And surely the best one for me as well! Cake was massive and delicious! Taste was not compromised at all even for a big size cake. Service was very nice and kind staff, took care of every detail! Couldn’t thank more!! Made my day! Thank you!
We ordered the Oreo cake. The service was poor. They are charging huge money when ordering from India and delivering the products of cheaper quality. Cake was tasteless just adding oreo biscuits on top of bread and cream and they don’t provide any refunds as well. We had to throw the entire cake.
I ordered two birthday cakes and after 3 days I decided to cancel one of the cakes as they were not responding to a query regarding how I wanted the cake. I then get an automated email which they use AI to respond and what was said in the email contradicts there terms and conditions.
The terms of the website clearly says you can cancel an order 20 days prior to delivery. The cake is not even due until the 28th December!!! Then they send another email which is again copied from another website and using AI, talking about a wedding cake and that they can’t give me money back! Who was ordering a wedding cake?!!!!
I suggest people stay very clear from cakes and bakes as they are unprofessional and you can’t even talk to a human being to discuss any situation with them. If you don’t want your money taken from you I suggest you stay very clear. I don’t know how they think they can get away with taking people money but at some point someone will shut this cake company down!

Cake quality is good but disappointing staff. There’s a girl name #sagha who served me. But I’m not happy with her handwriting. She don’t have experience to how to write on cake. Then she said she will make refunds but I didn’t ask for refunds. She call someone and she changed her decision and said can’t make refunds. She totally spoiled my cake and my son’s birthday. ????????
