Excellent food, all the food was special and the Koshari was the best I have tasted so far. I also loved the atmosphere with the classic Egyptian songs you feel you’re sitting in a cafe in Cairo. We were also offered a lovely pot of Egyptian tea on the house and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

I popped in as was passing by and wanted to try something new
To begin I ordered the Ramses bowl,
Light tasty houmous with foul and falafel, balady bread was warm fresh and soft ????
I ordered the chicken shish, chicken was tender and tasteful , cooked very well accompanied by light fluffy rice
Very nice flavours all around,
Finished with a arabic coffee ,rich and good flavour
Staff are very happy and accommodating,
Would highly recommend
Lovely little place, food is delicious, fresh. Everything is clean. Quick service. Not expensive, the portions are decent, we had 1 meaty koshari, taamiya falafel, bread, mango juice , paid about 17£ and it was enough for two very hungry people????
The food was really good and great portion sizes. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience at Cario Corner, located in the city center of Newport, South Wales! ????
The setting was super cool, and I enjoyed the delicious Cleopatra's Bowl, which consisted of pink hummus, falafel, egg, and halloumi. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and fast service.
It was the best Egyptian ???????? food I have ever had. I highly recommend Cario Corner!
Very warm and inviting Egyptian cuisine, authentic Egyptian receipies for a unique experience from the heart of Cairo. Restautant was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with nice middle eastern music in the background. Wide range of variety including tasty vegeterian options. Prices so reasonable and good portions. Tried breakfast meal named after King Ramsis and also authentic Egyptian Hawawshi for dinner. Definitly going back for more!
EXCELLENT, it's clean, it's healthy, it's FLAVOURFUL. This place has soo much love poured into it and its obvious, actually made my day having such a good meal here in the rain and cold. Had the comforting Sahlab milk pudding and the chicken shish sandwich. The Arabic coffee is to die for, suuchh a good, rich, strong cup, perfect for proper coffee lovers and was surprised at the generous portions too!
