Ordered a cake for my Die-Hard obsessed son's birthday. Couldn't have been happier with the results. Lindsay really took the time to understand his (bonkers) vision and I cannot believe how great the end result was. Plus the actual cake was delicious! Would recommend Cairns Cakes without hesitation.
Ordered a cake, which was also a special as Lindsey made it gluten free and I was absolutely blown away with the results!! The whole family thought it was amazing and the birthday boy himself was over the moon, his wee face lit up! Lindsey kept in touch throughout, accommodated a slighter later pick-up due to work and gave us instructions on how to look after it in the hot weather until the party the next day. Absolutely first class cake, sterling service and I couldn't recommend Carins Cakes more!! Will definitely be back!
My partner ordered my 21st birthday cake from Cairns Cakes in August and I could not believe how beautiful it was when he brought it home, you can really see how much detail and attention that’s been given to such a beautiful cake, the little icing figure of my dog was so life like and very impressive, and it was by far one of the tastiest cakes I’ve ever had, can’t recommend enough!!! ????????
Lindsay absolutely blew us away with the quality of her cake in terms of visual appeal and taste. Do these cakes cost a bit more than normal? Yes they do, but a bespoke design in the colours my wife had for her party alongside the extras like the painted Lindor choccies, the Gin bottles and the amazing handmade model of a Mulberry handbag really set this cake apart. I had some ideas but Lindsay took those and devised a theme which fitted and explained everything clearly and concisely from first contact to arranging for collection and also how to transport, store and cut the cake. I opted for vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam and oh my goodness it was delicious. The cake stayed moist and fresh for six full days after collection and every single one of the family who were lucky enough to get a piece asked to take some home! Cairns Cakes, I salute you - My waistline doesn’t but my tastebuds absolutely do.

I ordered a cake for the launch of a charity I work for and was absolutely delighted with the cake. It even came with a donation of 12 free cupcakes as it was a charity event. I'd highly recommend Cairns Cakes.
A really friendly and straightforward design and ordering process, Lindsay was so helpful and gave great info and recommendations. The resulting cake was just fab, looking and tasting amazing. Will definitely come to Cairns Cakes again.
I’ve had several occasion cakes from Cairns Cakes and they have always been first class. Lindsay always interprets what I need and offers suggestions and the cakes look fantastic and taste amazing. She never disappoints. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
