What a great place to stop for a drink and or a meal.
Very tasty food, friendly staff and a very interesting cafe with lots of history.
Clever decor inside, plus you can even have a table in the old bank vault.
It was a spontaneous stop for coffee but we decided to try their specials. The service we receive was fantastic, quick and friendly staff coupled with a chilled environment in a tiny space. Love the decor and we had fun looking at bank notes on the walls trying to identify where they are from.
We had the Chicken kebabs, it was a bit on the pricey side (£11) for the portion and taste. The coffee was extremely weak even the double shot latte.
There were other things on the menu that could be better but the food we ordered just wasn’t as good as expected but edible.
A lovely little café, perfect for a spot of lunch and a cuppa!
I had the chili dog, it was nice, although it could have done with a bit more spice and maybe a few side accompaniments such as guacamole and sour cream dips etc.
Otherwise, the menu offers plenty of choice and value for money!

Lovely place for a spot of lunch. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was great quality and tasted amazing. Will definitely be going back on my next visit to Morpeth.
Lovely little place, great decor and atmosphere, the staff are all amazing, super friendly and can’t do enough for you and the food is sublime! Great menu and everything I have tried so far has been delicious, will definitely be back again and again
Called in here for lunch, we ordered 2 soup of the day with bread, 1goats cheese with rocket, pear and walnuts drizzled with honey served on a flatbread which we shared. The portions were excellent, add 1 beer 1 milkshake with whipped cream and a diet coke total bill under £30 which was great value for money.
The staff here were friendly and apologetic about the wait, which given it was lunchtime and they were full, it certainly wasn't excessive.
Called here again a couple of weeks later and was pleasantly surprised that the staff recognised us despite it being so busy on our 1st visit. Once again the food and service were excellent.
Had this cafe recommended by friends and it did not disappoint.

This cafe is a gem! Stopped in for lunch today and the service and food was exceptional. Wish I had taken a picture of it, but I ate it too fast ???? this will be a staple for us when we visit Northumberland!
