Good traditional cafe. Clean tidy well priced and excellent service. Not many places of this standard around now so support your local businesses as often as you can. Try the bubble as it's the best I've had (no pic)
Nice breakfast at reasonable price £6.75. Tea and coffee prices shown as 35p on the menu board which is crazy compared to what you pay elsewhere. Also don’t rip you off for extra slice of toast like other cafes. Friendly staff and tables were all clean.
Loved my breakfast here. Lovely, quiet, tucked away cafe with friendly owners. Food was lovely and and very extremely reasonably priced! Will definitely visit again!
Superb, friendly and excellent food in a "traditional" well run local cafe.
Lovely well run clean cafe with quality food from a fry up to Sunday lunch . Little touches like smoked or unsmoked bacon ? And settle the bill when you leave make it stand out from the average . Prices are very keen too
I travel all over for work but i live in Dagenham on my days off i will drive out of my way to go this cafe (which says alot) i know of someone who drives from kent just to this cafe) the food is quality with doorstep bread fresh from bakery prices are good they have a wide selection on the menu from breakfasts to pie and mash with liquor, i have been coming to this cafe for many years and deem to be the best cafe in the country, since covid the portion’s have gone down slightly but quality remains and with costs of everything going up it is to be expected.
This cafe at the bottom of my road and I've going there for years. A great little place to eat.
Lovely people and lovely lunch. Possibly the best ever toast. We're clearing a house in the area and will be coming back for our lunch every week until we're done.
