Was here with my partner, my Sisters family & Great Aunt with her friend.
Chose Tuna Jacket Potato with Salad, really good, soft & tasty. This was followed by a Jam Sponge with custard. Everything was hot as it should be and cooked just right.
Glad my Aunt who is local (I was visiting from Kent) mentioned about coming here. She knows the staff as she's a regular. Had a nice warmth to the place.
Staff was helpful. there were a lot of people in having homemade soup. there's a big pan on the stove off soup that looks great. I am chips, and my wife is having the breakfast .
Hadn't been in before as we've only recently moved to the area. After booking our car in to a garage early morning we called into the cafe to have a breakfast, the cooked breakfast was excellent including the toast, we both had tea, it's really good tea with a choice.
Very polite, friendly, great atmosphere it's lovely and clean too.
Several choices of sandwiches etc too and hot and cold drinks. We will definitely be back. Great place.
An unfortunately disappointing breakfast. It's clear a lot of people enjoy this cafe, particularly the older generations. The atmosphere seems great but as someone popping in for a quick breakfast, needing only some good food, a much lesser experience. Most of the breakfast was over cooked; sausages like logs, egg yolk so dry it was nearly a powder. The bacon seemed unnecessarily cheap quality though cooked nicely. The included coffee was instant only and I had to pay on top for bean coffee; an outdated policy. Condiments were Booker's cheapest. Not the best £9.50 I've spent.
Visit this cafe once a week. It's great and so friendly. Lovely staff, an excellent variety of food & drinks. Kiddies play area. Things for sale too. Highly recommend.
Fantastic cafe in the centre of Spilsby. Food is always plentiful and hot. Staff in this place are wonderful too, always polite and friendly. Highly recommend this place to visit for a bite to eat from daily specials to a coffee and cake.
visited you today for the first time.what a gem. welcoming log burner, loads of lovely comfy casual chairs and the coffee was fab. my dog was also welcome. 10/10 guys. Will definitely be a returning customer. think I'll bring hubby to try your breakfast ????
