Absolutely amazing host got there last minute and looked after us so well true gem of a place.
Bacon & Sausage slice roll & Bacon, Slice & Egg roll. Both delicious, different days, staff where very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
I tried to have breakfast (coffee and a roll) but the staff claimed the sit in area was closed (8:30am)even though there was 6 tables clean and empty. The explanation was that there were only two members of the staff and too many tables. Bacon roll was ok!
Popped in for a drink and a snack. Only 1 table was occupied. We were told we had to leave because they needed the tables for their lunch rush. Guess my money wasnt good enough. 15 minutes later there wasnt a soul in there. Why do you have tables and chairs then?
Just been in and was greeted with possibly the worst customer service. The lady could not be anymore rude. 1 star is far to much.
The food is basic, tasty and well prepared. It's well organised for Covid-19, and the staff worked to make sure customers complied.
The big down, especially as a sit-in customer, was the almost constant bickering amongst the staff. The first time I was in, I was taken aback at how they spoke to each other, thinking it was a one-off. The bad news is that, months later, my second experience has been identical to the first - terse, irritated interactions between the staff seriously detracting from any relaxation while having a snack/drink.
Friendly fast service, very organised and clean with a great selection of food. I'll definitely be back! Thank-you
Never the same specials 2 days in a row, or even in the same week by and large. Always enjoy my lunch.
