I have been to Cabin Caff a couple of times and recommended it to my friends. The food is delicious with a varied menu. I had a coffee and a slice of delicious homemade cake. The staff are always helpful, polite and efficient. They will go out of their way to offer you their help. The atmosphere is good because it usually has lots of people enjoying it. The cafe is dog friendly and they give dogs a drink. Great, friendly place.
Stumbled upon this place today and thought it was very sweet little cafe. The staff were lovely with the children and the omlettes were smashing. Will be back again soon.

Upon arrival there was no welcome at all and it was not clear if this was a take a seat or wait to be seated, so we just sat ourselves down. It was also not clear on where you could get a menu, a fellow customer had to inform us. After choosing what we would like it was time to order, again stood waiting to order and not a single acknowledgement and several members of staff saw us waiting and didn’t say anything, a young girl did come over to take our order and was pleasant. Another family arrived whilst we were there and again I noticed they weren’t sure on the system and no workers seem to help or point you in the right direction, or even acknowledge you’re there. It took a little while for the food to arrive - not a problem as it shows fresh food and it was tasty and no complaints about it at all - especially the bacon. However whilst eating two people arrived one had a dog - not an issue as I know the place is dog friendly and it wasn’t causing a problem at all, the only slight issue I found was the second person went into the kitchen area and started redoing her hair, I found this a little bit off putting. Unfortunately although the food was good I wouldn’t return here as it seems you have to be friends with the staff or regulars to get decent service and a friendly welcome upon arrival.

Try the tomato sausage and the coffee is too quality and of course dogs are welcome which is a win win with us ????????????
Great cycling destination for our rides from the Wirral.
Realistically priced, very good quality food and coffees. Nice decor, very clean and airy surroundings. Nice friendly attentive staff.
Firstly I will say that this is a lovely place, its charming and easy. Ive been a few times and never encountered a problem, lovely staff and lovely food/coffee. However im really disappointed that today, after only being there 40 mins - i had paid to each lunch and i was drinking my coffee (i had not finished it) i was asked to leave as there were people coming in who were wanting to eat. I was actually going to buy another coffee but was made to feel like I could not stay. It doesn’t feel great as a customer to be told that, when I was enjoying an hour off.
As i said, i love this little caff but that has really made me feel unwelcome.

Just in addition to your response - i actually ordered a sit in coffee but I asked if it could be served in a ‘take out’ cup as I take ages to drink my coffee and would have taken any spare with me. It was also freezing outside and I had no coat so that option wasn't very appealing. Thanks again.

Went here a couple of weeks ago with friends. The coffee is lovely. The cabin is very clean and looks lovely. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
One friend had the small breakfast and it looked delicious, she said it was very tasty. I had a cheeseburger, it tasted lovely but could have done with some salad garnish and coleslaw or salsa as a little side, hence why I’ve given the food 4 stars.
We will definitely be back. I’m looking forward to trying the breakfast next time.
