Car broke down on way to Manchester to start a family holiday. The mechanic at this garage found the fault straight away and ordered parts. Within the hour we were back on the road, friendly and welcoming staff. Can't thank them enought x
I called CRM to book a car in for some work to be carried out on the 29th May, the first date they had available was the 9th June which was fine.
On the following Friday, I had a missed call and voicemail to contact about the car. I tried to do this from 5 minutes after the call to after 3pm and the line was constantly busy, eventually someone answered and I was told I would be called back in around 15 minutes. This didn't happen.
When I called back on the Monday, I was asked what work had to be done to the car, despite having told them when the car was dropped off.
I then called again on Tuesday to see when the car would be ready as I had to get it dropped off somewhere else on the Wednesday to be told they hadn't even touched it yet and would be the end of the week.
I was told this was due to being a member of staff down.
I had to go and just collect the car that had sat for a week waiting for not much more than a service.
Friendly team and excellent service, will definitely use again!
