One of the worst service. They keep my car one week for mot and they drive my car. The problem has not fixed. I don’t recommend.

I unfortunately got a flat tyre on the roundabout early Saturday morning. I managed to get to Starbucks and park up safely before exploring my options. The people at cnv were so so helpful and managed to get me on the road asap once I have sourced a new tyre. Thank you!!!

Can't thank these guys enough. Just been to the Esso garage next door to fill up and noticed smoke coming from the car.
I was losing coolant as there were holes in the coolant degas hose and it was spraying everywhere.
Not only were we on our way to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, we were actually stopping in St Ives and due to go back home in the North East in the next couple of days (over 400 mile trip).
As the part would have to be ordered and I was staying in St Ives, the mechanics did what they could under the circumstances with a temporary fix by cutting out and replacing the problem part of the hose and cable tying it.
I did try other garages when I got back to St Ives to try and get it fixed properly wIthout any luck so had to chance driving home and checking the coolant level at every stop and decided to drive 60mph on the motorways.
Such a relief we managed to make it home and didn't lose any coolant.
