Have used them twice. Both times an excellent job was done for a very reasonable cost. Booked days and not months in advance and work completed in 1 and 2 days. Very friendly and helpful people.
Unfortunately my car was vandalised a few weeks ago the bonnet looked a real mess went to friends on a recommendation picked it up this morning and they have done a brilliant job like it never happened
I'm always happy with their work. Was originally just a service but they also replaced a heat shield from underneath that had fallen off and got me a new tyre as had spare wheel on from flat. Would recommend them.
Have used this family run business twice now, once for a full service and second for an MOT and change of brakes.
Very happy indeed, polite and bubbly staff. Most of all care with my pride and joy.

I absolutely love this garage and can't recommend it enough. I've been going here with my (now fairly aged) Fiat for about six years, and they are always helpful, efficient, communicative and reasonably priced. They never try to sell you work that doesn't need doing, they always talk things through with you so you can make your own decisions, and I have never once felt ripped off or messed about in any way. Any work that has been required has always lasted, but I suspect that in the unlikely event that there was a problem Friends would help resolve it quickly. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, with a welcoming reception team, you should definitely go here! I actually now drive back from Gloucestershire to take my car in...!
I moved to Suffolk 3 years ago. These guys have been outstanding. They have fitted me in when I needed to car back for school runs.
They consistently present me with bills that are lower than I expected.

So had a problem with my fuel flap not unlocking, contact Audi who advised it would cost me £180 for them to even diagnose the problem which I would have to wait a week for and then I would then have to pay for the labour and parts on top to for them to fix it (obviously I understand you have to pay for labour and parts), never heard of someone charging £180 to diagnose a problem I told them of. Call CD & Friends, looked at it immediately, ordered part and installed it within 1 day and were considerable cheaper than the cost of diagnosis from Audi let alone cost to fix
They have always done a great job and at fair prices. They have always been true to their word on timings and the cost of a repair. They also have been honest for MOTs, only finding true faults, unlike some places where I've experienced a cheaper up-front MOT, only to find they find faults to charge more.
