I’ve ordered from bye bye gluten several times because it’s the only place I trust to be 100% gluten free! Not only are the sweets amazing but the customer services are also lovely, I have already recommended bye bye gluten to many of my celiac and non celiac friends due to how much I love the sweets and cookies from here ???? would highly recommend if you haven’t already tried the sweets from here
Bye bye gluten, more like bye bye money! I ordered from here for my mother in law for mother's day, had an email the next day from hermes that they were expecting it, sadly it never turned up in time for mother's day despite me ordering with enough time and still hasn't turned up! I emailed them on mother's day, got a response on the Monday that it seems to be lost but a replacement will be sent. Skip to Wednesday morning where I asked for a tracking for the replacement order but not had a reply in response to that yet. Later that day on Wednesday I had a generic email stating that one of the items is now out of stock and ill be getting a refund for that but no actual follow up to whats happening with the order. If they did indeed despatch a replacement on Monday, why am i only getting an email on Wednesday that an item is out of stocks? Terrible service. As a first time customer I am very disappointed and would not be ordering from here again.
First time ordering from Bye Bye Gluten and definitely NOT disappointed. Gorgeous sweets , loads of variety , and best of all being a coeliac

I ordered 3 bags of your of sweets for my dad for Father’s Day
But only ever received 2 bags. I’ve tried to use the contact us page but nothing loads to able me to send a email stating missing delivery & my order number

ordered from this company on the 7th of may for my girlfriends birthday, even the with hermes 3 day delivery that it was dispatched with it should have been with me on the 12th, yet it never turned up, messaged the company online on the 13th and got no reply, messaged them on instagram on the 16th and have been ignored! (still no view or reply to that message) my girlfriend messages them on instagram on the 17th and got a reply 2 hours later promising he would send out a replacement the next day (the 18th) and give us updated tracking information, but when she heard nothing and chased it up they said they would post it that day (the 19th) finally get updated tracking information for the "replacement" pouch on the 20th and it actually gets delivered today! (22nd), this company is AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!
Order hamper due to arrive 2/3 working days, never arrived took over 3 days to get response to say must have been lost and replacement sent but still not received over a week later.. no response back via email and social media just say it’s on its way!!! It’s a complete joke
