Went to Butterflies Cake Supplies almost a month ago together with my friend who's a pastry chef, to get some things for us to make a cake for our nephew's Christening party. This shop sells all that you can think of, from food colours, sprinkles to cake bases and decorating ribbons. I've just recently moved closer to this area and had to throw my cake tins away, so I got a set of 3 since they were a good size and quality, but they had some to rent if we needed, which is nice to know. The ladies were quite friendly and curious about our venture, and patiently waited while we took all measurements to make sure everything would fit in the oven and we would be able to carry out this task. We got ourselves some sprinkles and ribbon as well that fit the theme nicely. We ended up makeing a 3 tier chocolate cake, with each tier being double layered. Well feed the over 31 people in the party. Happy to say that we have provided the cake and the "customers" have dealt with the problems. ???? Will definitely be coming back, next time I have another cake venture!!

Brilliant cake supplies shop. They have pre printed cupcake/cake toppers and can make custom ones. Also have a variety of glittery cake toppers which I usually buy online but not anymore. Very reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff. Great to have a local business like this!
Bonus is they also have the balloon and card shop which has a great range of decorations.

Little gem! Great place with quality products and friendly helpful staff. Everything for your party needs plus gifts and cake decs. Staff blew up helium balloons for us and attached ribbons and table weights at no extra charge. I believe they will also decorate venue for you. You can also order and collect later. Little gem will use again.
Popped in for the first time today didn't buy anything but just wanted to have a look at the supplies and was very impressed with such a wide range. will definitely return for any supplies I need as no other cake supply shop near to me. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.
