The only place to go in need of a prescription, toothbrush or the best advice in London! Sue is phenomenal and you can take any ailment to her and she will guide you right! In my opinion better than most health practitioners! She deserves an award for serving our community so well for so long !
I'm afraid to say this pharmacy should not have a licence. It is little short of a shambles. Lovely staff but a complete and utter mess, run down and dirty. Take pride in your pharmacy please. And waiting 45 minutes for a prescription is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!
The staff are very nice here but so busy that there is always a long wait and they frequently can’t answer the phone. I have moved back to my previous pharmacy which is a shame as this one is more local to me. They are kind but rushed and the level of customer care is ok - I think if more staff were available then it would be helpful for customers when they may already be stressed when waiting for medication or having enquiries.
Don't even think of going here. They seem to take delight in making their customers wait as long as possible. Incredibly inefficient to the point of deliberate rudeness.

I used to go to Busbys back in 1972-80. They were wonderful then. So pleased it’s still going strong.
Sue is pillar of the community and an absolute marvel. Her knowledge, contacts, thoroughness, and ability to solve problems are exceptional. I cannot thank Sue and the team enough for the support they provided to me and my wife during an extremely challenging time.
I never had an issue with Busby's and felt a positive review was in order for the outstanding customer service I received tonight. I should have been a bit more responsible with monitoring my medication but realised I completely ran out and the repeat prescription request would take a few days to process. I called in a panic and within minutes the pharmacist had an emergency supply ready for pickup. I am ever so grateful. Thank you Busby's staff for always being so helpful.
