Not our usual experience at all, chicken balls were over cooked (possibly cooked twice), chop suey was basically beef with mushrooms and onions, not what I would call a chop suey and the prawn crackers were very greasy.
Very disappointing indeed
It is a good Chinese. Not the best but definitely no where near bad. The food was fresh, the service was good. They don't take cards so you have to pay in cash.
5* rating ???? food was dry and inedible, re heated pre cooked food . Spent over £16 for it to go in the bin. The only good thing was the prawn toast. Curry and satay sauce was awful.
No delivery service. Be pleasant and it will be reciprocated. Amazing food. Best battered chicken balls ever, so crunchy! Set meal for 2 would feed 4 people. Very impressed & worth waiting for if they're busy. Which just shows how popular it is!
From the lady who answered the phone, with such a charming way, to the actual food all i can say is it was a good experience.
Coming from Bristol where everything is expensive in terms of petrol and takeaways, this was a pleasant find.
Good size portions "oooeeerrrr mrs" and very good prices. Food was piping hot and when I collected the lady who took my order couldn't have been more friendly. Top people , good size portions and cheap ! I recomend
Food was 50/50, some was okay and some was not good and bland. I visited out of season, so largely the locals were the main customers and they have probably worked out which are the better dishes. Cash only.
All Chinese takeaways are the same. Well they are not, we just had the best takeaway ever and believe me I’m fussy beyond. Every thing very tasty without being full of salt. Crispy beef that was actually crispy, I could go on but the best thing to do is try it yourself. Even the staff are very pleasant despite being run of their feet.
First time at this chines take out it was really good very frendly man serving us because new customer gives our rice free .
