Extremely poor pharmacy, staff is terrible and rude, systems is always “down” no one picks up the phones EVER! They make you wait for ages! My father in laws delivery is late every single month even tho it contains extremely important medications which he cant be without. Definitely do not recommend, i have change pharmacies.
Excellent service. Mark went above and beyond. Diagnosing my little girl with an ear infection, using the latest otoscope camera technology. It was great to not need to wait for a GP appointment to get her some antibiotics
Visit this pharmacy regularly, I can honestly say the customer service from Imran the pharmacist owner, Sadia ,Sohaib and Yvonne and the rest of the team is exemplary! Never had a problem, always kind and listen to your problems. People need to realise how hard pharmacies work with the massive workloads they have and realise how lucky they are to have a great pharmacy like this in their community!! Keep up the great work guys!! 5 stars
Extremely poor service, no empathy! Was referred by 111, but these guys just kept saying referral hasnt come come through, but 111 confirmed it had been sent, just because it was 30 mins left to closing time they just kept fobbing me off, wheb 111 attempted to call they didn't answer the phone, then i callex them they stopped answering, initially the guy i spoke to had already said , we will be closing soon we might not be able to do an assessment, so clearly were being ignorant, on top he was being sarcastic! Had to go through gp to get antibiotics ! This was on 13 April at 10.15pm !
Extremely poor service. They keep you waiting for ages. Also my experience has been will deliver medication. Having contacted them 4 times I was told the system would be updated with this information. None of the staff ever did that. Some staff have no customer service skills. I have since moved pharmacy. Don't bother replying or answering to my comments. Don't want to hear it. You won't find a record under this name.
Amazing service just before Christmas when I was struggling to get my Medication due to shortages. Sadia the pharmacist was so helpful over the phone and in person. 100% would recommend them.
It's beyond a joke how my wife prescription dint get delivered and mine did and both prescription was sent at the chemist at the same time their excuse was her's came late last night. She doesn't have enough to last the weekend aswel.
Without formally being asked the Pharmacist and pharmacy are helping me so kindly during my new treatment. Even delivered my regular meds, knowing I was ill. Thank you
