Couldn’t fault our stay. Beautiful old property with all room facilities modernised and high spec. Amazing sea view, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, great heating system, coffee machine as well as kettle. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very warm and welcoming. A super trip.
Travelled with work but would 100% recommend for all. Great room comfy bed and fantastic breakfast. Bed so comfy I also slept in for breakfast on day 2. Links to local restaurant gives a discount to people staying which is fantastic. Lee and his team were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Will be back soon ????
Dirty room. Apart from the location which was fantastic I wouldn't stay here again. Our room was dirty and dusty. We had cobwebs in the window with dead flies in. Dust on TV, headboard, lamps, radiators and skirting boards. The shower was dirty and the water didn't go down the plug hole till wed cleaned it out. The shower head was dirty, there was dirt in grout everywhere. Toilet rolls were nearly empty on arrival, no tea or water just coffee pods. Someone else's hair on the dark blue sofa and the curtains just about drew together ( we were a downstairs room) On a good note the bedding was clean and the breakfast was nice. Self check in wasn't straight forward and weeds in the front of the house and planters.
Not the first time I have stayed here and hopefully not the last. Stunning location over looking the beach and Firth of Clyde. Rooms were immaculately clean with plenty of tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was always served piping hot and on time. Staff were also super friendly and engaged warmly with all guests.
Great views, the beach directly outside makes it's even better! Lovely clean place, nice brekky the next morning. Just check yourself in when you arrive, need help there's a button on a door. Very minimal fuss.
The guest house has amazing views over the beach and about a 15 min drive from the ferry. |The room was clean and had everything you would need provided for you, the guest house was also super dog friendly and the full Scottish breakfast was provided each morning ????.||Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
This was the most spectacular little getaway. The rooms were warm, dry, clean, and cosy. The view from my room was actually spectacular. In the morning the breakfast was tasty and the coffee was spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful stay Dan and George!
