I recently visited this garage based on a colleague's recommendation, seeking general service and a dent repair for my car's bonnet. To my delight, not only did they expertly fix the dent, but it's now barely noticeable. Luke is a genuine honest trustworthy person. He made time to immediately carry out 2 road tests with my treasured Picasso, as well as jacking her up to examine wheels, assess wheelbearings & front undercarriage. I had previously been told by one garage in Bury St Edmunds that front nearside wheelbearing needed replacing & had been told cost would be £400. Luke found no evidence of this & showed me & explained why. A different garage told me the 'differential' needed replacing at "£2k". Again Luke found no evidence of this & showed me & explained why. What he did identify is that my current tyres are very poor quality & are wearing unevenly on the inner rim, and were also 1.0 full bar under-inflated! I need to be mindful of checking tyre pressures on a weekly basis particularly given my weekly mileage of 500-600. Luke spent 2 hours thoroughly looking at & assessing what the noise was that had developed with my car. He knew I was worried & he was so kind & reassuring... & honest ???? I am so grateful. Thank you so much Luke. You have won my trust & my custom going forward ????
Had a brake fault on my VW my usual garage were unable to fix. Luke sorted it and also did the MOT. Will be back to use his services again in future. Would recommend.

Couldn't recommend a better mechanic, so far Luke has fitted a turbo, charge air cooler pump, clutch and diagnosed a fault with an O2 sensor and always done a great job ????
