Went there with my son and everything was perfect. Loved the burger, seasoned chips service was great too.

I never write reviews however I had to for this place. Let me start off with how clean and tidy this place is, tables, chairs, floor and trays were spotless. Food was on point and delicious. The staff were so helpful and made my food as I requested (I'm a difficult and picky customer). What really impressed me was there was no coke or Pepsi (for those who know, know). This is my new favourite place!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
Came to eat in here a couple of nights ago. Really nice place, lovely to have something like this in Shirley now. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Food was amazing! I just wish there were more beef burger options rather than so much chicken (As I can't have buttermilk). But that's just me.
The topped fries were so good. Will definitely visit again.
My only criticism is that the ketchup was really vinegary and sweet tasting and not nice.

Much of what Burgshake is attempting is laudable and fresh. The food is good, tasty and prepared in a kitchen that is clearly well organised and visible from the restaurant. I didn't have a shake but my basic smashed it burger was very tasty and had a good amount of salad and condiments applied. £6.99 is borderline steep but it's worth it to get a gourmet burger (rather than a generic MacD or whatever). My only complaint is the brightness of the white neon strips in the walls and ceiling, they need to go down by about 20% at least otherwise they make the vibe too Blade Runner for comfort.
Me and my boyfriend are honestly obsessed with this place and since we ordered our first delivery to has become a regular choice for us. The burgers remind me of 5 guys but of less money, they are honestly 10/10. The milkshakes are insane and the waffles wowwww so good, and you have the option of ordering a half portion which I really appreciate. If you haven't tried yet defiantly do because its insane!
Don't order here if you're hungry , said it would take 10 minutes and was like 35 mins for a burger and chips .
And it was dead , nearly ordered from the Christmas menu it took so long ????
Gave an extra star as they had Irn Bru.
Milkshakes are sub par but decent price ????
Food was alright but you can get a mackies for less and it blows it out the water.
Interior is fun & attractive. Staff really nice.
Food amazing! No guilt about giving the kids these burgers as they were really well made; cheesy cheeto chips were a genuinely tasty & dirty (in the best way!) treat; which were so good they were fought over! Chicken tenders were really tasty & periperi was the right level of spice for me.
