Having taken a flight yesterday evening, I stopped by Burger King at Stansted Airport, where Maria was working. Her warmth and kindness were truly exceptional. Maria's excellent customer service made a lasting impression, and her dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience for travelers reflects positively on Burger King.
Maria Figueiredo was truly amazing helped me feel at home and was there to help in anything I needed truly one of a kind. Was missing an item and she took the liberty of getting me that item. An amazing person who looked to help in every way possible.
I’m sitting here literally watching a staff member go round to (usually foreign with little English) diners with a QR code which they scan to take them to this Google review site. She then takes their phone and writes a 5 star review of this BK! She’s called Maria, and you’ll notice she appears in glowing terms in many of these reviews!
Oh, and there was a random chicken nugget in my onion ring portion
During my recent visit, Maria Figueiredo stood out for her exceptional service. Her kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism made the experience truly enjoyable.
Always a pleasure to be back to see Maria. Great atmosphere, very clean and tidy. One of my favourite places to eat before I travel.

Had a whopper menu with a latte. Whopper and fries were very good but my coffee tasted very odd. I normally like the Burger King coffees but for some reason it tasted burnt, like it was brewed with an overheating Mokka pot.
Avoid this for a light bite money best spent in itsu, Leon etc or few coins more in a restaurant the food is diabolical, potions short, burgers dry parts missing. Lesson to myself why I do not eat this rubbish. Only if you are desperate and I mean desperate.
