As a Manger in fast food restaurant I want to admire their service as Order came quick and food was hot. It was busy but the team is handling it well. Especially girl at the FOH was really efficient. Well done! Environment also not too bad. Just they don’t have plug in charging points or charging points for iPhones. I would recommend that they should have charging option for iPhone users as well due to need of location.
Needed just a burger and it was as expected, annoying they charge for sauces (except ketchup) - not sure if this a new thing.
Absolute chaos when ordering, they were calling out orders as their display board wasn't showing up properly.
Plenty of seating but except loud and chaotic
When going to Burger King, you always expect amazing service and perfectly grilled burgers. Unfortunately, how does it happen in chain restaurants not everywhere you can receive such service or decent meal. This branch has ups and downs so you're can't expect to be good this time. Either burger is barely warm, or someone squeeze it so much it looks like waffle.
Sometimes service also require to be upgraded: when you order eat in meal it's clear you should receive your meal not to be asking to receive tray from lady which do stupid faces if you ask her for such tray.
i bought a kid meal,and i pay 7,19 pounds just for the nuggets drink and fries,it s a joke.
kind of robber.
no dessert no toy, and ultra expensive price.
don t eat there if you are with your kids.
I never will go again any burguer king.

and please don t go with kids if you are in stansted airport,if you are in other airport check before the price.

They had to handle so many customers that they must act really fast and sure they did and I truely appreciate. My number was called not long after the order was placed via their automated machine. Many flights were delayed on the day and the entire airport was packed with people and their fast service and ample seatings certainly deserves a 5 star.

The worst hamburger I have ever ordered. Some dry bread with two dry pieces of meat, bad cheese and with a questionable bacon, no pickles, no sause or at least mayo or ketchup nothingat all .
And don't get me wrong I was just expecting the normal "bad" fast food burger! Unfortunately this over priced Burger king at the airport bring the word BAD on a totally new level!????????????????????
Hello, nice airport. Which has good places. One of them is Burger King. Fast service. Normal food. Before the flight, you can have a bite to eat and drink a good Latte. There are always a lot of people. But you don't have to wait because the service is good. You can eat at the table as a rule there is a place.
