Ripped off.
Wait 2 months for an appointment because there reviews made them look like they are decent. Said about my shakey car and the engine light being on.
They had it most the day so I took a day off work. All they actually did was turn the engine light off and said it seemed to be working fine. Charged me £76 (more then I get paid a day) for turning it off and it came back on immediately the next day. And the car was still shaking and they didn’t tel me why and said I’d have to book an appointment in another 2 months
Honestly rubbish, took it somewhere else. He found the source of the shaking, fixed it and turned off the engine light properly. All within a few days of speaking to him.
Two weeks later the engine light is still off and the car now doesn’t shake and it cost me a third of the price for actually doing the job
Such a waste of money and time, very disappointing service considering the reviews

Great service, reasonable prices, stress free, staff very friendly and helpful
I took my Citreon to Bull's for attention to the clutch. For various reasons, no fault of the garage, the repair did not solve the problem. Adam, the manager, spent time & went well out of his way to correct the fault which was eventually resolved.
In terms of customer service, attention to detail & integrity he and his staff set a standard which should be a yardstick for a business & are a pleasure to encounter.
I have been a customer for many years & do not hesitate to recommend Bull's Garage.
